If you haven't already been contacted, there's a new face in town:
Gardora.net
I don't know if there is a catch, they sent me a letter:
Dear editor!
We're a German online publisher called 'Beyond Noise' with broad expertise in gardening related information on the net and just about to launch our new portal Gardora.net.
We would appreciate it to cooperate with your website to make both sites - yours and ours - more successful:
If you give us the permission we'll re-publish your garden-related postings at a special category in our weblog called 'Gardora.net/Cast'.
We'll place a link and name your website in every article stemming from you. This will ensure that you get more garden interested visitors to your website and help us to create interesting content.
Please contact us with any questions that you have about the possibility of cooperating with us or just about Gardora.net at: [email protected]
With kind regards,
Tobias SchwiesauGardora.net Editor
I'm opting out at this time, as I seem to be on a bit of an hiatus until I get my energy levels back up, but it might be interesting for some of you...
Thanks for the link, and for the visit!

Hmmm...not sure about this type of site. I am such a skeptic!

"...not sure about this type of site."
You are not alone. But I think it will be another site like Garden Voices, reblogging - they were very careful to note that I'd get full author credit and a link back to my site.
If I was worried about readers and wanted more, I'd be all about it.
But right now, I don't need the extra background stress that it would incur. I would feel like I *had* to update, just because.
I'm happy with what I have.

I found some pingbacks in my email this morning, generated from this page: http://www.gardora.net/2006/09/13/cropped-meadow-after-a-dry-summer/
In this case, it doesn't seem like they're reblogging so much as summarizing what I've said, though they do include a quote. And they didn't contact me. I'm not sure how I feel about this . . .

Well, the email is above. They asked me if they could use my content, and I never answered.
You could ask them to cease and desist?
