Note to my favorite place to shop:

I understand that you are hurting. 
I understand that you are flagging your desperation with the HUGE SALE SALE SALE banners.
I understand that you are cutting back staff to save money.

What I DON'T understand is why you put out that banner, and then immediately cut back your hours without any visible notice.

Last Sunday I drove a half hour to get to you, I arrived at 3:45, and the guy was just locking the gate.
Today we drove an hour to get to you, and we arrived at 3:45, finding the front gate open, but the back gate locked.  And a _{LITTLE TEENY SIGN} that read 'New Winter Hours' ...

Fridays you close at 3:30.
Sundays you close at 4:00.

I want really badly to take advantage of your sale, but you aren't making it easy on me.

How about a REALLY BIG BANNER announcing your open hours?
